Backup and Support

Because HTG's major strength is its client-focused service excellence, all staff at HTG are trained to provide our customers with a high level of service and support that is difficult to obtain elsewhere.

We have developed a very efficient Service Desk facility to handle first and second level technical support. In the unlikely event that a computer has to be returned to our Service Department for repair, we have accredited business partnerships allowing us to service it in-house.
